2003 Season - Help Needed

Like most minor sports organizations, Burlington Minor Lacrosse is run with the support and help of its members. We need help with the following upcoming events.

• World Indoor Box Lacrosse Championships

Saturday May 24th - Copps Coliseum - Bronze Game 10am - Gold Medal game 1:30 pm

We require people to sell 50/50 tickets and programs before the games and during intermissions. As well, the organizers may be looking for people to assist in ensuring a smooth operation.

• House League Championship Weekend

June 21st, 22nd, and 23rd

This year's end of the season weekend tournament is set for June 21, 22, and 23. A few extra hands to help out will make this weekend run smoother and a more enjoyable event for your children.

• Paperweight and Intermediate Tournament

July 19th & 20th

This summer, Burlington will be hosting a Paperweight and Intermediate Tournament. A number of volunteers are needed to assist with numerous tasks to ensure a well-run tournament.

• Novice Provincials

August 15th, 16th & 17th

Over the past two years, Burlington has hosted the Novice provincials. Due to the exceptional dedication of our volunteers, we have received accolades from the Ontario Lacrosse Association and participants. Again this year we have been chosen to host this event.
