Refund and Reimbursement Policy

Listed below is the refund and reimbursement policy that would apply to any player in any section of lacrosse within the Burlingon Minor Lacrosse Association.

In order for a refund to be considered by the Burlington Minor Lacrosse Association, a written request (letter or e-mail) must be sent to the Registrar as noted on our website.

Items to be considered:

1. Tryout fees for any Rep or Field team are not refundable.
2. Registration fee will be refunded based on the scaled noted below.
3. A $50.00 administrative fee will be applied against the paid registration and/or rep or field fee.

The scaled noted below applies to written notification being given on or prior to dates below.
